Looking for help regarding memory cards and Samsung Android Tablet. My tablet has 16GB internal and I have purchased a good quality Samsung 128GB external card. I am finding though that some apps won't go to the memory card, and some that I can transfer to it, after each update in these apps, they switch back to the internal storage which is almost always full and then get warnings that updates can't happen. I have a full internal and only 5GB on the external. You tube has yet to deliver anything helpful for me yet with this. Is there a way to get apps to the external and stay there? I have had to remove some apps that I want because they won't transfer. Thanks in advance.

Which tablet do you have and what software version is it running?  
Certain versions of android will move the app back to the internal memory during an update as it thinks it can only update and install on internal memory, I believe it was android 5 that did that. If you can upgrade to android 6 it would fix it

And it is running version 6.

It depends on the app. The developer has the choice to allow the app to be installed on either the internal device memory, or the MicroSD card. If the developer doesn't allow the app to be installed on the MicroSD card, then there's nothing you can really do about it. Apps will perform better if they're on the internal memory typically, which is why developers choose to not to allow it to be installed on the MicroSD card.  
 
You could try making sure new images are saved to the MicroSD card by default, or having music files stored on the card as well.
