MTS TV difficulties

We are new to MTS TV and have had no problems (25 days or so) till this am. Main TV with the main box works well, but none of the others are able to accept signal. We have tried disconnecting the power system from the second TV, but just get the message "please wait while system loads" and this has been going on for 30 or more minutes. Wifi is on. Unsure what to do next. Is this a common problem with MTS? I hope not cause really liked the system till now.....Any suggestions for fixing this before I make the call to tech support would be appreciated.
