Well Geekz is a good place to go. But depending on what you want cleaned up, tuned and your comfort level with doing it yourself there are several free programs out there that do a pretty decent job. CCleaner is a good place to start. Or if you want to get that clean, snappy computer back, assuming you backed up your stuff just do a fresh OS install.
