I have a question. I have a few tech skills, but this one stumps me.  
I can connect my laptop at school and Starbucks, but it suddenly stopped connecting at home on our router.  
I get this connection issue, it's like a triangle with an exclamation mark through it on task bar over the networking icon.  
 
I have tried a few things like this, but didn't work.

I tried IPconfig rules using the command prompt.  
 
Anybody have a clue? It's 64bit Windows7 Ultimate. Maybe my adapter needs update?

but have you tried unplugging your router?  
 
Is your laptop set on airplane mode?

Try shutting off and restarting the wifi on your laptop,  
unplug your router for at least a minute then restart,  
 
go into your the settings on your router, release and renew your IP address, you may have to search on your phone how to get here and do this, it can be router specific.  
 
If none of this works you will need to contact your providers tech support.

I think Windows 8 has airplane mode as well as android. Can't see that option on this laptop.  
 
I tried unplugging router and rebooting laptop to no avail.  
 
Weird thing is that the network says it's connected

By your picture it looks like your router isn't handing out a IP address automatically. No IP means you won't be able to get outside your own network. Restarting router would be first step. If that fails try resetting the router settings to default. If that still doesn't work you may need a new router.

Easiest and fastest way to get your laptop going is to give it a static IP on your wireless adapter.

Will try these and let you know.
