Many of you will be moved over to Telus in coming weeks, especially for rural customers. Many of the MTS Connect stores will be Telus (as said above), while Bell is wanting to focus mainly on selling through The Source and Bell stores.
If you are one of the customers who are moved over to Telus from MTS and you're not happy with the transition (ie plan is much more expensive), in this case I believe you could get ahold of the CCTS:

In this instance, you signed up as an MTS customer with a specific contract/rate plan and end up now on a different provider with a completely different rate plan ("Flat rate" data doesn't exist on Telus), contacting the CCTS could possibly help you get out of that contract without any penalties.. but time will tell.
