Does anyone know what is going on with this clinic? We used Trinity and when the Drs retired it was taken over by the Wellness Clinic. Now the 18th St location is closed and you can't actually speak to someone at Kirkcaldy. Always experiencing higher than usual call numbers! Do I need to find a new Dr for my family?

I know its frustrating but keep calling, that is what I had to do for my daughter as her doctor is through there. Once I got ahold of them, I was able to get an appt fairly quickly.

I also would encourage you to use Qdocs, depending on the issue! I have had a lot of success with using Qdocs to tie us over until being able to get an appt. https://qdoc.ca/

Thanks. Sad to hear I am not the only one unable to get through. Currently just need a refill so Qdocs may be the way to go. But may still look for a new Dr as this ongoing issue with not getting through is frustrating
