youtube's gone to far!

so the other day my mother came to me VERY apauled and discusted, she told me that she was on you tube and saw a video of a live dog being skinned, now i like youtubes choice for letting people upload there own videos but this is animal cruelty not only should they be sued for this but also be watching what they let people upload, i mean they have already stopped people from useing alot of music, why cant they stop people from uploading this stuff?
