In our area of the city, there has been occurrences, in which some creep has either done damage to a fence in order to allow dog's to escape their yards. Or he/she has opened gates and left them wide open to encourage escape. With busy streets near by, this "person" (I use the term loosely) is one step away from the creeps that throw poisoned meat into yards for dogs to consume...I personally will set up extremely painful booby traps, set up to protect that innocent member of my family. Geez, I wish people would think of others emotions and of these poor animals...
