Hello all, I have been following along with eBrandon discussions for a while now.. and finally I had something come up which needed some other peoples' insight!  
My family owns a small black and white female sheltie named Frankie. She was given to me by a really good friend that couldn't keep her due to living arrangements, and before that she was a rescue puppy that was left to fend for her self tied to a tree! Well let me just say, when she arrived at our farm she loved it! She can't get enough of it, right at home with our other farm dogs, running and playing all the time! But here is the situation: A lot of family friends and horse friends that I have, have been asking if they could have a puppy if she was to ever have any. So many people are very interested in her personality and her appearance! My mother and I started to look around for a mate for her at dog shows and so on.. but no one wants to breed their high class registered Shelties to our little bundle of joy. They explained all the rules to me about breeding with "outside" dogs and I understand that it just wouldn't work. So would anyone be able to help my family and I out and maybe point us in the right direction for finding her a buddy or tell us to just cut our loses and just stop looking. We are good people and not just after money for purebred puppies.. we would just like to share what we have with our friends and family!
