Training Puppy to go outside

Not sure what im doing wrong but could really use advice. We have a 9 week old puppy and he did an amazing job going out side but now hes doing his business in my house and actually peed in my bed today. What can I do to help train him?? As soon as he wakes up from sleeping i take him outside if he is let down he will pee on the floor so I hold him until im ready to walk him and its imidiatly. Im also trying to take him out the same time everyday to get him on a routine Im also feeding him the same time everyday. But for the last 2 days I noticed we will walk him for 15-20 minutes and he will not do anything outside once hes inside hes does his business. So what do I do to help train him?? Hes given rewards and high praises when he goes outside etc. Please help
