Aquarium help......please!

Does anyone now who I might call about issues with a 100 gallon aquarium?? I am house sitting and something has happened to the filtering system, the water is all cloudy. It's not tropical fish, mostly just goldfish. I'm not sure what to do.
Anyone have any idea who I could call to come have a look??
