Dog Show at Keystone Center

I hear that there is a dog show going on in Brandon this weekend. I have found lots of stuff online for participants but was wondering if it's something you can go watch? Is there a charge? Is it worth it or is it only interesting to those participating? I have a young daughter that I would like to take to show different dogs as well.
Anyone have an idea of what's going there??
