My sister has 2 lapdogs she takes everywhere. The catch is she lives on a farm and both her dogs have fleas. I have asked why she doesn't help them, and she said it's impossible with all the barn cats around. No sooner would they get rid of them, they would come back. Once in a while she does bath them, flea dose them with stuff...  
 
My catch is... I know have a puppy. She caught the fleas and I'm currently trying to free her of them. However, come summer time, when my sister and I go camping... how will I protect my dog?  
 
Will the flea collar be enough? Or should I expect to be constantly trying to get rid of fleas from my dog because of my sisters dogs??  
 
Any advice would be great!
