Shilo Dog Park

Does anyone know when the dog park in Shilo is supposed to open?
I was told the 1st of May and then I was told then end of May (I guess it was in the Shilo Stag)
It doesn't look like any work has started and I'm sure it wont take long to get it set up and get the fence up ... But I was just curious if anyone else heard anything or if the date possibly got pushed back again.
