Help with Cats Fighting

I just got my cat neutered and my female just as soon as she sees him she goes after him screaming and beating him up tryed kenneling her no help. He is very layed back nice boy.Its like she hates him now afer I brought him back from the vets
What should I do
He was her kitten last year and always got along till the vet trip.
It has been 4 days now and no change in the way she is to him. NOW WHAT
