I went to the vet to pick up cat food on Friday, and I learned that the brand I typically use (Medi-Cal) no longer makes the food in the 2 serving tins I used to buy. The worst part is that the new 1 serving tins actually cost more - so much more that the cost of feeding my cats essentially doubled overnight! The food was already expensive, so how is this even remotely reasonable?  
 
Before: 1 x 165g tin/$1.32  
Now: 1 x 85 g tin/$1.40
