Missing Family Pet - Please Help

Charly, our beloved Shih-tzu went missing this morning from the 500 block of 14th Street. He is a very friendly, shaggy dog. He is wearing a light blue collar decorated with paw prints. He has a tattoo. Please call 727.7101 if you encounter him.
