What to do with baby pigeons??

hi we have two baby pigeons we think they are about 20-24 days old our landlord is doing renovations on our place and took them off the roof and wouldn't put them back.. Does anyone know of anyone that raises them or anyone that wants to?? we would keep them and raise them till the spring but they are driving the cat and dogs crazy. I placed a add in the classifieds but that don't seem to be helping so please call if you can foster them till the spring thanks
