I am looking for a Maine Coon cat or kitten - just a pet, not for breeding. There used to be a breeder in Wawanesa area - does anyone know if there is a reputable breeder in Manitoba? Would be interested in rescue or adult cat. Thx.

The humane society if you are looking for a rescue cat.

My family got our 2 Maine coon cats at Prairie Baby Cattery in Thunder Bay, Ont about 4 or 5 years ago. They have since changed owners, but I believe they have the some of the same cats as before. We got one as a kitten, the other as a retired momma at 2. Worth contacting them for more information. We are quite in love with our coon girls.
