I don't know the solution for the way animals, especially dogs, are treated on some First Nations Reserves. I guess this dog was lucky and only had to have his leg amputated after being shot on purpose. I hate any form of animal abuse. I am hoping the Humane Society's mobile spay and neuter van will be up and running soon and maybe help with the problem.

sickening what is worse is nothing done about it and the excuses to why they did it.

program will help with over population, unfortunately it will not help with a-holes that think it's okay to shoot a animal.
