Siamese cross question

I recently brought home two Siamese cats to join my cross bred girl, after 3 days her coat colour has changed. She went from 98% white with a half moon (grey)on her head to having the Siamese rings on her tail in a blue grey. Her eye colour has also changed. Has this ever happened ? Is it a chameleon effect ?
