New housing Rebate

Has anyone that build in the country been able to get the New Housing Rebate? we are in the process of building and our house will be around the $350 000 mark which is in the parameters set out for the program, but once we add the land value we are way over the $450 000 as we are building on a full quarter section assessed at $600 000. TIA
