    I went by there the other day. It has taken over 15 months to get this little building to this point and the scales are still not operational. MIT in the SW Manitoba area is such a joke! They do as little as possible and get away with it.  
     
    There was a thread on this started back on October 15, 2016 when construction was beginning.

    I’ve been watching the (very slow) progress and I’m surprised as well. They poured the concrete for the scale housing over a month ago.  
    Not sure if they are using the old scale there and moving it, or if they are waiting on a new scale.

    Heard they were suppose to be doing some more work there in the next little while. They awarded a tender on the project back in October, so there should be more working happening soon. I’m sure there’s been delays because of the weather and other issues.  
     
    But I’m sure not too many people are complaining about the lack of work. I’m sure lots of people are happy.
