This week we'll be flying: Brandon to Calgary then onto Cancun. My question for others that have done similar: once off Brandon flight is it hard to get to Cancun flight (international departure)? Thank you to all that can share some insight!

if you are doing the early flight westjet connection to cancun you will have to go to departure d, it is afair hike but you can jump on the little train as well . either way it is easy to make the cnnection in time.for info on cancun airport check website everythinplayadelcarmen for good info. enjoy.

It is so user friendly but you just have to walk a bit but it won’t kill you. I love the connection out of Brandon, while you wait you can breakfast and beer if you want, just have spent a few bucks as it is airport prices.

I was at the airport Saturday to fly to Calgary and stay, but someone else was taking this flight to go to Cancun from Calgary. Make sure you are at least 1 hour early in Brandon airport. The Westjet check in agent on shift Saturday morning was less than friendly to the people going to Cancun that showed up 45 minutes early thinking that since they were just going to Calgary it was a "domestic" flight. They were allowed to board but lots of tense moments.
