I was thinking of doing some touring around the Laughlin area around the end of March . Choosing that area because staying at the casinos appears to be a lot cheaper than trying to stay in Mesa or Phoenix . There are a number of casinos there, looking for advice on which ones to stay at with reasonable prices . Not a big gambler more or less looking for day trips outside the Laughlin area .

great area to start assuming you have a rental ….driving south from Laughlin follow the road to lake havasu .. nice area to spend the afternoon take the shuttle boat over to the california side for 10 min cruise 3.00 I think per person...not. too far north of laughlin to the dam at boulder city this may be a day excursion in the end. we always stayed at harrahs ...we have total rewards card ,,get one of those if you don't have one there I assume you do some gambling . take the river taxi up and down the Colorado to the various casinos you will enjoy your time there

Thx Al for that info. Do you remember if they had resort fees like Vegas does? This usually kills the deal on your bargain booking price. Have been to Lake Havasu once but would like to go by boat from Laughlin on the Colorado River. Seeing how you go every year what’s your favourite casino for doing a little gambling? Don’t gamble a lot but like to play a little slots once in awhile.

this is a nice spot south of Laughlin about 20 minutes or so we have had our most luck here … native run casino seems to pay better
