We are hiring a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our rental properties in Brandon. Experience is an asset, but not required?we provide full training for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tenant communications, requests, and emergencies
• Process rent, leases, and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and contractors
• Enforce building policies and tenancy agreements
• Advertise and show vacant units
