About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our Brandon showroom. You?ll create a welcoming environment, support daily store operations, and partner with our service department to deliver best?in?class customer care. You may also assist with light social media tasks, such as capturing in?store photos, sharing product updates, or helping promote events ? adding value to our brand presence.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the showroom and assist with their needs
- Perform water tests and assist customers with results
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked retail environment
- Track inventory and ensure shelves are replenished
- Operate the cash register; balance at open and close
- Collaborate with our service department to support customer inquiries and service scheduling
- Provide a consistent 5?Star customer experience
- Lift and move products up to 40 lbs as required
- Support basic social media activities, such as taking photos, posting updates, or helping highlight promotions and new products

- Solution?oriented, with strong problem?solving and organizational skills
- A team player who works well with others to support customer needs
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment with a variety of tasks
- Experienced in customer service, cash handling, or administrative work (preferred but not required)
- Familiar with or interested in basic social media posting (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Able to reliably commute to and from work
- Fluent in English
