The Reverse Fill Representative has a key role in ensuring that products are transported to the sales floor or to the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner. This position involves a considerable amount of lifting and carrying heavy items. The Reverse Fill team are integral players of ensuring our store meets our company?s highest standard of service. We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, mature, has the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, and has superior communication and time management skills. The right candidate must be available from 6am-3pm and flexible to work weekends and holiday shifts.
Duties include:
Provides excellent customer service
Ability to work unsupervised
Completes daily lists, fills any holes on the retail floor, counts all products on list
All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Strong customer service skills
This position requires both manual labour and sound knowledge of computers
Must be available for a share of weekend shifts
Great attitude and a team player
Standing for long periods of time
Must be able to climb ladders
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
