Customer Experience & Finance Manager
Planet Kia is looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our growing team as a Customer Experience & Finance Manager.
This unique role combines customer lead management, business development, and finance office administration to help deliver an exceptional experience from a customer's first inquiry through vehicle delivery.
Duties include:
- Manage incoming sales leads and customer inquiries
- Respond to customers via phone, email, text, and online platforms
- Schedule appointments and maintain consistent follow-up communication
- Monitor lead performance and customer engagement metrics
- Daily tracking sales activities
- Prepare and organize finance and insurance documentation for vehicle deliveries
- Process finance paperwork and maintain accurate customer records
- Assist with lender communications and deal processing as required
- Help create a positive and professional experience for every customer interaction
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Automotive, finance, sales, or customer service experience is considered an asset
