Parts Clerk - Planet Kia Brandon
Planet Kia is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Parts Clerk to join our growing dealership team. This position plays a key role in supporting our service department, technicians, and customers by ensuring the right parts are available when needed and maintaining an efficient parts inventory system.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers, technicians, and service advisors with parts inquiries
- Identify, source, and order automotive parts and accessories
- Receive, inspect, label, and stock incoming inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
- Process parts sales, returns, warranties, and credits
- Prepare parts for repair orders and customer purchases
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment of stock
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory audits
- Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive parts experience is considered an asset
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computer systems and inventory software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and move automotive parts when necessary
