LOOKING FOR a 1 or 2 bedroom suite or apartment for rent, close to the university. With parking. Would like it for August or September. For 1 or possibly 2 students. Very quiet & responsible. No pets, smoking or parties. Student(s) will be going home probably every weekend, all breaks and summer months. Could turn into a very long term (like 3-4 years) if price and terms are reasonable.
